Liz Davies is a barrister specialising in housing law, with a particular specialism in homeliness and the allocation of social housing.
She is the co-author of the leading textbook Housing Allocation and Homelessness (Luba, Davies & Johnston, Jordans, 4th ed, 2016).
She is ranked as a “star individual” for social housing law in Chambers and Partners and as a leading junior in Legal 500.
She offers training on the law relating to applications for homelessness assistance, and drawing up and implementing an allocation scheme.
Those areas also include training on the Equality Act 2010, Children Act duties and associated duties on local housing authorities.
