The Updating Webinar

Updating you on more recent legal developments

Things have moved on since we had our workshop in October.  Chiefly the new rules which have been published regarding criminal penalties under the right to rent rules and new ways for landlords to evict tenants  who do not have a right to rent, and the Housing White Paper.

When our workshops are turned into online courses we always include an update webinar.  This took place on 21 February 2017 and is now available with the course material as an MP3 audio file which you can listen to online or download.
