Any Questions?

  • When will I get access to the course material?

The first part will go live on Wednesday 28 January.  Further parts will be made live at  approximately 2 week intervals.  You will receive an email notifying you when new course material is online.

  • How is the material delivered?

By our special ‘Moodle’ training site.  You will  need to log in and go to the course home page.  The various sections will become visible over time as they are made live.

  • I don't have sound on my computer. Is this a problem?

Most of the time you can work just with the written material – the audio versions are optional.  You will need to be using a device with sound to view the videos. However this can be your ipad or your smart phone.

  • How can I use my iphone to study?

The site has a special theme for  users who are accessing it via a smart phone which works slightly differently.  You will however be able to view all the content and the videos on your smart phone.

  • Tessa, can you tell me a bit more about your credentials?

I qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and ran my own specialist landlord & tenant law firm, TJ Shepperson, for nearly 20 years.  I closed this in 2013 to concentrate on Landlord Law and my separate training business.  I am fairly well respected in the industry.

  • If I decide to cancel what do I do?

Contact Tessa Shepperson preferably by email. Provided you contact us within 14 days of the start of the course, you can cancel and we will refund your fee.

  • I have a busy life. What if I don't get time to do the course work?

It is best to try to work with the group if you can, but the material will remain online until the end of 2015 so you will have plenty of time to catch up.

  • What are the teleseminars?

You need to ring a special number, which I will give you, at a particular time to join the call.  Ideally you should submit questions in advance and I will answer as many as I can, although I will also answer questions on the call.  I will try to answer all the questions that I can.
