  • How will I access the course?

    The course is hosted on our ‘Moodle’ training site.  After you have paid you will  be added to the site as a student and sent your login details.

  • What if I want to cancel?

    You can cancel your purchase and get a full refund provided you let us know within 14 days of the start of the course.  Otherwise refunds are at our discretion only

  • How long will I get access to the course

    You will be able to access the course website for a period of one year.

  • What if my computer cannot access the course?

    Our ‘Moodle’software is used by schools and Universities all around the world and you should have no problems with it.  However if you do, you can get a refund under our 14 day guarantee

  • Is the CPD accredited?

    We do not have an official accreditation but our CPD is accepted by most relevant organisations such as ARLA, and the NLA. A CPD certificate is provided.

The price of the course is £180 (£150 + VAT) and is payable in advance.
