What are workshops?
Our workshops are small classes (generally between 10-20 attendees) where the trainer is able to give more focused and detailed training on specific issues.
As the classes are small, there is much more scope for discussion and interaction, both within the group and with the trainer. People generally find them very rewarding.

Venue details
This workshop will take place at the Enterprise Centre in the University of East Anglia Research Park just outside Norwich.
This is a fantastic new building believed to be the most sustainable in the country, used for both local business and students. It is extraordinary architecture using a lot of local materials - if you are interested we may be able to arrange for a free tour.
It is reasonably accessible via road and we can arrange for free parking on request. Norwich station is on the direct line from Liverpool St London and the UEA is a about 15 minutes away by cab (depending on the traffic). There is also a bus which runs from the station to the University (No 25).
Facilities will include:
- Tea & coffee on arrival and in the two breaks
- Buffet lunch (vegetarians catered for)
- Afternoon break with tea and coffee and cake
- Free wi fi

About Robert Brown
Robert is a barrister at Arden Chambers, a specialist housing law set.
He advises and represents both landlords and tenants, in the county courts and in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) (formerly the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal).
He has lectured and provided training on a wide range of landlord and tenant topics and is an editor of the Housing Law Reports.

Cancellations and refunds
If you find you are no longer able to attend we will give a full refund provided you let us know within 14 days of the date of booking, and provided that the cancellation is not within the last seven days before the course date.
In view of the financial commitments we will have to make to the venue we will only give refunds for cancellations during the final seven days before the course date, at our discretion.
Finally please note that if payment is not made within 14 days of invoice or within 7 days of the course date (whichever is the earlier) we reserve the right to cancel your booking and allocate your place to another delegate, after giving you not less than 24 hours notice.
