|Tessa Shepperson is the owner and creator of the popular Landlord Law online membership site for landlords and property professionals and a director of Easy Law Training.
Tessa ran her own specialist landlord & tenant solicitors law firm, TJ Shepperson for 19 years but gave this up in 2013 in order to concentrate on running Landlord Law and Easy Law Training, which she now does as a ‘non practising solicitor’.
|David Smith is a solicitor at Anthony Gold, solicitors in London.A recognised expert on tenancy deposit protection, HMOs, and the Housing Health and Safety Rating System, David is also a trained mediator.|
|Simon Parrott is a partner at Sharman Law based in their Bedford office.A solicitor of over 25 years standing, he specialises in property work, especially landlord and tenant, and is known for his services for letting agents.|
|Timothy Waitt is a partner and landlord & tenant solicitor at Anthony Gold solicitors where he has developed a specialism in problems regarding damp and mould. A member of the Housing Law Practitioners Association and Lambeth Housing Lawyers, he is recognised as a Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience.|
|John Murray is a solicitor and a Chair of the Residential Property Tribunal. John is a partner at Ward Hadaway in Leeds where he heads their property team. He has worked as a property law solicitor for over 20 years and has acted for both private and social landlords.|
|Michael Morganis the TDS’ Head of Dispute Resolution. Mike is passionate about alternative dispute resolution, and has many years’ specialist experience in the consumer affairs sector. Having trained as a solicitor Mike worked in Trading Standards and at Qualitas, the Furniture Ombudsman, before joining TDS in 2006.|
|Martyn Ashley-Taylor is MD of solicitors support service Ashley Taylors Legal and a recognised expert in L&T Court hearings. His practice of 85 Advocates undertake about one third of this country’s L&T possession hearings. He has 35 years experience in Court working with managing agents with personally over 10000 case under his belt|
|Graeme Gee a former Employment Tribunal advocate and Norwich City Councillor, is one of the three directors of Easy Law Training Ltd.Graeme will be acting as ‘Master of Ceremonies’ at the conference, introducing the speakers and generally keeping everything in order.|
