Welcome to the home page of the workshop course. Here you will find some preliminary information about your course.
First – getting there:
The workshop will take place at The Counting House, 53 Tooley Street London SE1 2QN. You will see a picture and a map on your right along with a short video.
This workshop will be taking place at the offices of Anthony Gold (who are sponsoring this event) who have offices on the second floor of the building.
Tooley Street is very conveniently located, close to London Bridge Railway station – with excellent rail connections to South London, and the southern counties. London Bridge is also on the Jubilee and Northern Line.
Note – if you are booking hotel accommodation for this event, please contact us to confirm that the event is going ahead, as occasionally we do have to cancel. Be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred if this happens.
Second – the day:
The workshop will start at 10.30 am with registration from 10.00 am. Graeme Gee will be there and will deal with any admin issues or queries you may have.
There will be two comfort breaks of 1/2 hour and one hour is allowed for lunch. All refreshments are included, which will include tea and coffee and a sandwich lunch.
If you want to bring your laptop or ipad, there is free wi fi provided.
We will provide course notes on the day.
The workshop will end at 4.30 pm.
Third – about the speaker:
Robert is a barrister at Arden Chambers, a specialist housing law set.
He advises and represents both landlords and tenants, in the county courts and in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) (formerly the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal).
He has lectured and provided training on a wide range of landlord and tenant topics and is an editor of the Housing Law Reports.
