Welcome to the home page of the workshop course. Here you will find some preliminary information about your course.
First – getting there:
The workshop will be held on 20 September 2018 a >> The Bermondsey Square Hotel, Tower Bridge Rd, London SE1 3UN. You will find a map on your right. The venue is about 15 minutes walk from London Bridge station, or you could get a cab.
If you are driving the closest car park is the NCP London Bridge which is also a 15 minute walk.

Second – the day:
The workshop will start at 10.30 am with registration from 10.00 am. Graeme Gee of Easy Law Training will be there to greet you and will deal with any admin issues or queries you may have.
There will be two comfort breaks of 1/2 hour and one hour is allowed for lunch. All refreshments are included, which will include tea and coffee and a sandwich lunch.
If you want to bring your laptop or ipad, there is free wi fi provided.
We will provide course notes on the day.
The workshop will end at 4.30 pm.
Third – about the speaker:
David is a solicitor and partner with the well-known housing law firm Anthony Gold and also the Director of Policy for the Residential Landlords Association.
He is an acknowledged expert on HMOs and tenancy deposit issues in particular (having published books on both topics), and an experienced trainer and speaker.
