Welcome to the home page of the workshop course. Here you will find some preliminary information about your course.
First – getting there:
The workshop will be held on 8 December at the Assembly House in Norwich. You will see a picture and a map on your right along.
We will be in the Pearce Room which is on the first floor at the end of the corridor.
Norwich is approx two hours out of Liverpool St Station plus there is a cross-country line from Liverpool which connects to many places. The Assembly House is about 20 minutes walk from the station or you can get a taxi.
Now the A11 has been dualled it is an easier drive too. You will see a Google map on your right. The Assembly has its own pay and display car park plus there is an adjacent pay and display public car park.
Note – if you are booking hotel accommodation for this event, please contact us to confirm that the event is going ahead, as occasionally we do have to cancel. Be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred if this happens.
Second – the day:
The workshop will start at 10.30 am with registration from 10.00 am. Graeme Gee of Easy Law Training will be there to greet you and will deal with any admin issues or queries you may have.
There will be two comfort breaks of 1/2 hour and one hour is allowed for lunch. All refreshments are included, which will include tea and coffee and a sandwich lunch.
If you want to bring your laptop or ipad, there is free wi fi provided.
We will provide course notes on the day.
The workshop will end at 4.30 pm.
Third – about the speaker:
David is a solicitor and partner with the well-known housing law firm Anthony Gold and also the Directory of Policy for the Residential Landlords Association.
He is an acknowledged expert on landlord & legal issues, and an experienced trainer and speaker.
