This week sees the launch of a new service for social housing workers – the Frontliner blog!
This features the ‘talking shop‘ Q&A service where we offer to answer readers questions (rather like the Blog Clinic on the Landlord Law blog).
We don’t say we will answer ALL questions but we will do what we can.
The first question has been put and is now online – a tricky problem regarding a school caretaker employed by the Council – can they move him from the accommodation that goes with his job?
A seeming housing problem which is actually an employment law problem – so we had to call on Graeme Gee, Easy Law’s resident employment specialist.
