Most of our in-house training is provided for social housing organisations such as Local Authorities and Housing Associations. Details of this training is set out in this section of our website.
If you require in-house training for a different type of organisation, or for a course which is not set out in these pages – please contact us as we can usually source a legal trainer (normally this will be a barrister or solicitor) who can develop a bespoke course for you.
Our lead trainer is Ben Reeve Lewis
Ben is a well-known trainer and writer, who has appeared on national television. He has worked for many years doing Tenancy Relations and Enforcement work for various London Local Authorities, so he really understands the problems that social housing workers face on a daily basis.
If you are interested in booking a course please contact us using our booking form here. Fees for our courses vary between £1,100 to £1,600 per day (depending on the course and the trainer) plus VAT and expenses.
How to book your in house training with us
You first need to contact us which is best done via our Enquiry Form. You can also contact us for the green messenger service on our main Landlord Law website.
We will then contact you to discuss your training. Once we have agreed on the general outline of the training you need, the trainer and the daily rate for the training, we will put you in touch with the trainer. You will then be able to liaise with them direct to arrange a mutually convenient date or dates for the training to take place, and also to discuss the details of the training to be provided.
At this time we will also need to speak to your accounts dept to ensure that we are added as a supplier to your system and so, if appropriate, you can issue us with a purchase order number.
