Things have moved on since we had our workshop in October.  Chiefly the new rules which have been published regarding criminal penalties under the right to rent rules and new ways for landlords to evict tenants  who do not have a right to rent, and the Housing White Paper.


When our workshops are turned into online courses we always include an update webinar.  This took place on 21 February 2017 and is now available with the course material as an MP3 audio file which you can listen to online or download.

How will I access the course? What can I do if I have problems? +

Accessing the course material

The course is hosted on our 'Moodle' training site.  After you have paid you will  be added to the site as a student and sent your login details.

'Moodle' software is used by schools and Universities all around the world and you should have no problems with it.  There is also quite a lot of online help on the site.

However if you are unable to use the software for any reason, you can always cancel and get a refund under our 14 day guarantee.

How long will the course material be available? +

Availability of the course and the course material

If you sign up to the course you will get access for a period of one year.  We do not make the information available after that as there is always a danger that it may have become out of date.

The course itself will only be available for purchase for a few months, but this will not affect existing users ability to access the material after it is no longer available for sale.

Will I get CPD +

CPD Entitlement

You will get 4 hours CPD with the course.  You can earn this by completing our online quiz and getting at least 60% correct answers.  You will then be able to download the CPD certificate.

You will also get access to some 'legal basics' training courses as part of your entitlement and these all carry 1 hours CPD each.

We do not have an 'official' accreditation but our CPD is accepted by most relevant organisations such as ARLA, and the NLA.
