This is a recording of David Smiths ever-popular workshop on Houses in Multiple Occupation which took place on 27 October 2017.

You get the full video recordings along with David’s notes, powerpoint and mp3 audio versions of the recordings to listen to on your mobile devices.

HMO Law is tightening up so this is an essential training if you rent to sharers – or even if you don’t!

1. On the Product Page - put how many people will be attending (eg if it is an event) and then click purchase now.

2. On the Cart page - check that you have the correct products listed.

Note that you can change the numbers in the quantity box and then click 'update cart' below if you want to add or remove places.

If you have a voucher or coupon for a special offer, put it in the box on this page and click 'apply coupon'. If the coupon is valid the payment details will re-calculate. When you are sure the information on this page is correct, click 'proceed to checkout'.

3. On the checkout page - this is where you make payment, although there is another chance to add a coupon at the top of the page.

Please put all your details here - make sure your contact details and email are correct. If you are booking an event please put the names of ALL attendees in the box in the additional information column. If you have any special notes put them on the box on the top right.

You can pay by card (credit or debit) or by pay pal - please select the option you prefer.

For some items, we can provide an invoice for you to pay by BACS or cheque. Please contact us if you require this. Note however that your booking will not be confirmed until payment is made.
