  • New Statue law (expected to be the Housing & Planning Act and the new Immigration Act)

About Sam Madge-Wyld

Sam Madge-Wyld is a barrister practising from Arden Chambers. His areas of specialism include housing, local government and landlord and tenant. His practice includes acting for landlords and tenants in a variety of disputes throughout the country in the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), High Court and county court. Chambers and Partners have recommended him for social housing for the past three years.

Sam also lectures, teaches and writes extensively in housing law. He co-authored the 6th Edition of the Housing Law Casebook and the 7th edition of Quiet Enjoyment. He is also a contributor to the Local Government Encyclopaedia.

Cancellations and refunds

Be safeIf you find you are no longer able to attend we will give a full refund provided you let us know within 14 days of the date of booking, and provided that the cancellation is not within the last seven days before the course date.

In view of the financial commitments we will have to make to the venue we will only give refunds for cancellations during the final seven days before the course date, at our discretion.

Finally please note that if payment is not made within 14 days of invoice or within 7 days of the course date (whichever is the earlier) we reserve the right to cancel your booking and allocate your place to another delegate, after giving you not less than 24 hours notice.
